Excellent products, which I recommend Thorne. But customer service gave me an excused not able to help because she is new and she did not know how to help. So tried chatting offer online , sp miss Taylor told me that I can’t use invitation and get reward for referring 25 dollars From my friend because I used different shipping address from my credit card address, which I did provide the information that in my building packages are missing and stalling
So , I was told that system setting like that you can’t use a different shipping address . I explained to miss Taylor that system operated by peopling her , that company hire stuff to help , as she ask the first question How can I help “ and then hang up the phone on you
For As fas as my experience goes, calls and email exchanges with customer service never get the desired result.
Will never use Thorne web to buy product will try Amazon and get 5% off wth no problem
